Lunchtime:  11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Shuttle runs every 20 minutes)

Evening Commute:  3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Shuttle runs every 10 to 20 minutes).

Change for “the buc”!

“the buc” now runs only during peak commute and lunchtime hours on weekdays.
New Weekday Hours of Operation (Blue and Green Lines)
Morning Commute:  7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (Every 8 minutes)
Lunchtime:  11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Every 20 minutes)
Evening Commute:  3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Every 10 minutes)

There are no changes to Saturday service.  There are no changes to the red line service.

New Route – Piedmont Center Express (Purple Line)
“the buc” has also added a new express route between Piedmont Center and the Buckhead MARTA station to better serve commuters and residents along the Piedmont corridor.
Morning Commute:  7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (Every 20 minutes)
Evening Commute:  3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. (Every 30 minutes)

What else has changed?

    • Due to budget constraints, some stops have been eliminated from “the buc” route:
    1. Piedmont Center Bldgs. 1-4
    2. Buckhead Station Shopping Ctr./Buckhead Grand
    3. Tower Place 200
    4. Monarch Centre
    • Other stops are now served by the Purple Line, which runs during commute hours only:
    1. The Prominence
    2. Piedmont Center Blds. 9-12/Kaiser Permanente
    3. Securities Center
    4. “Disco” Kroger/Tower Place
    5. Stratford Rd.
    • Alliance Center is now served by both the green and blue lines
    • Tower Place 100, the DoubleTree Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott and AIU are now served by a single stop, located next to the Courtyard by Marriott.
